Kering Partnerships Assistant

- Assist the Partnerships Manager in the implementation, monitoring, and analysis of the Group's cultural partnerships, particularly the Women In Motion program.
- Draft partnership contracts in collaboration with the legal and compliance departments.
- Maintain relationships with external partners and ensure the smooth execution of partnerships in coordination with internal departments such as press communication, digital, events, and production.
- Support regional teams in developing international cultural initiatives.
- Compile reports on actions undertaken in collaboration with internal services.
- Conduct strategic monitoring of the cultural sector and its interactions with luxury and the private sector.
- Identify development opportunities in the cultural sector for the Group and its Women In Motion program.
- Evaluate partnership proposals based on the Group's image criteria.
- Regularly report on cultural partnership activities implemented by competitors.
- Create a calendar of international cultural and artistic events.
- Update and enhance the cultural contact database.
- Manage the budget for the Women In Motion program, ensuring budget adherence and coordinating with accounting for invoicing.
- Master's degree in Communication or Project Management.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong interest in the cultural sector, including contemporary art, cinema, photography, and dance.
- Structured, rigorous, and dynamic mindset.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Autonomy and strong interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 6 months experience in communication, preferably in institutional communication, image, or partnerships within a public cultural institution or the private sector.
Master's degree in Communication or Project Management.
