Kering Partnership Project Coordinator
Kering, a global luxury group, encompasses a collection of iconic fashion, leather goods, and jewelry brands, including Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, and others. The Kering Foundation, established in 2008, is dedicated to combating violence against women and children, supporting specialized local organizations, and creating safe and supportive work environments for survivors.
- Regular administrative follow-up of partnerships.
- Updating partnership tracking data in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning tools.
- Regular information sharing with the entire team.
- Developing and animating a community of associations committed to combating violence against women and children.
- Mobilizing group employees in support of Kering Foundation partners.
- Coordinating between Kering, its brands, and partner associations.
- Student pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management or International Relations.
- Experience in project management and partner network animation.
- Proficiency in finance and accounting.
- Mastery of common office software (Office Suite), expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, MS Forms, and Google Surveys.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility, responsiveness, and autonomy.
- Dynamic, proactive, and curious.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team in an interactive environment between the company and associations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or Korean is a plus.
Experience in project management and partner network animation is required. Volunteer experience is desired.
Master's degree in Project Management or International Relations.
