Kering Method Coordinator

- Implement dashboards for reporting the activity of the technical team
- Draft technical intervention procedures (electricity, plumbing, emergencies, etc.) and create a classification hierarchy through the technical department's SharePoint
- Establish an annual technical schedule (regulatory and operational)
- Create a tool for tracking internal stock management and technical supply orders, ensuring order entry and supplier invoice tracking
- Pursuing a post-secondary diploma (Bac +2), ideally related to quality and performance optimization
- Comfortable in written and oral communication in an intercultural environment
- Diplomatic and assertive with the ability to work discreetly on confidential matters
- Rigorous with strong organizational skills and analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Good listening skills, team spirit, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer tools (Excel, Project, Word, etc.)
- Versatile and autonomous
No specific experience required, but a desire to learn and integrate into a dynamic and agile team is essential.
