1. Develop and implement dashboards for reporting on technical team activities.
2. Draft technical intervention procedures for areas such as electricity and plumbing, and organize documentation using the technical department's SharePoint.
3. Establish an annual technical schedule covering regulatory and operational aspects.
4. Create a tool for managing internal stock and supply orders, ensuring accurate order entry and supplier invoice tracking.

1. Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree (Bac +2) in a field related to quality and performance optimization.
2. Proficiency in written and spoken communication within an intercultural environment.
3. Diplomatic and assertive with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

1. Strong organizational skills with excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
2. Effective listening and teamwork skills with a strong sense of interpersonal relations.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project, Word, etc.).
4. Versatile and autonomous.

No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and engage with a dynamic team is essential.

Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree (Bac +2).
