1. Support the creation and updates of Vendor and Customer Master Data across Italy, ensuring compliance and financial data management.
2. Document and assess database management processes, including the creation of training materials.
3. Collaborate with Finance BPO to align activities with SAP and other tool implementations and rollouts.
4. Enrich and deploy Vendor and Customer Master Data for all Kering brands, ensuring data harmonization and compliance.
5. Assist in data migration projects to achieve 100% data harmonization and vendor creation for companies going live.
6. Validate vendor creation, modification, extension, or block using MDM compliance tools such as World-Check and Trustpair.
7. Monitor data relevancy and security in SAP using verification tools like Dun & Bradstreet and BI tools for duplicate checks.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement and maintenance of the vendor database and MDM processes, driving solutions and training.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Management Engineering or Economics.

1. Strong listening and critical thinking skills.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian and French is advantageous.

No prior experience required, but relevant coursework or projects in data management or finance are beneficial.

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Management Engineering or Economics.
