Kering Master Data Intern

- Support the creation and updates of Vendor and Customer Master Data across Italy, ensuring compliance and financial data management.
- Document and assess database management processes, including the creation of training materials.
- Collaborate with Finance BPO to align activities with SAP and other tool implementations and rollouts.
- Enrich and deploy Vendor and Customer Master Data for all Kering brands, ensuring data harmonization and compliance.
- Assist in data migration projects to achieve 100% data harmonization and vendor creation for companies going live.
- Validate vendor creation, modification, extension, or block using MDM compliance tools such as World-Check and Trustpair.
- Monitor data relevancy and security in SAP using verification tools like Dun & Bradstreet and BI tools for duplicate checks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and maintenance of the vendor database and MDM processes, driving solutions and training.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Management Engineering or Economics.
- Strong listening and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian and French is advantageous.
No prior experience required, but relevant coursework or projects in data management or finance are beneficial.
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Management Engineering or Economics.
