Kering Lease Administration Manager

- Manage all lease administration duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
- Set up and review leases, amendments, assignments, terminations, and license agreements in the system.
- Oversee the entry and maintenance of lease information in the real estate database (TRIRIGA) and ensure lease files are up-to-date.
- Ensure all rent expenses are billed correctly according to valid leases.
- Respond to landlord statements and billing activities, performing reconciliations as necessary.
- Develop and refine real estate processes to optimize operations.
- Maintain and manage business relationships with landlords.
- Review and post tenant sales reports monthly, calculating percentage rent as required.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by direct management.
- Meet processing and reporting deadlines in coordination with the accounting department.
- Reconcile accounts by authenticating, allocating, posting, and addressing discrepancies.
- Perform any other ad hoc activities as requested by organizational leadership.
- Advanced degree in real estate, business administration, finance, or economics.
- 5 or more years of relevant leadership experience in real estate administration.
- Experience in corporate real estate, team leadership, management, or lease accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big picture.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Strong organizational and stress management skills.
- High level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt and learn new processes and structures.
- Proficiency with bookkeeping software, MS Office, SAP, Tririga, MS Excel, and Smart View.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze large amounts of data.
A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within real estate administration, with demonstrated expertise in lease management and corporate real estate.
Advanced degree in real estate, business administration, finance, or economics.
