- Assist in the creation, editing, and updating of digital learning content.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends, recommending improvements.
- Monitor Group-level learning data and KPIs to generate insightful analyses.
- Support the management of Learning Systems (LMS, LXP), track learner progress, and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist the Learning team in various training initiatives, workshops, and webinars.
- Collaborate with the Kering Houses' learning community to support training initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree minimum, Master's degree preferred.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of French as an advantage.
- Proficiency in Office 365.
- Willingness to learn new digital tools (e.g., Canva, Klaxoon, LMS, LXP).
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for teamwork.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for fashion, luxury, or design.
No specific prior experience required, but a background in learning and development or related fields is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree minimum, Master's degree preferred.
