Kering Learning & Development Apprentice

- Manage and deploy soft skill EMAE training programs, including session planning, employee registration, communication, and administrative and budget follow-up.
- Collaborate with the L&D Group teams to integrate content into Workday.
- Monitor and implement E-Learning training courses on the Kering Learning digital platform, including sourcing content and digital resources, co-constructing courses with internal stakeholders, and analyzing KPIs.
- Oversee communications management through mailings, webinars, and publications.
- Develop and monitor KPIs using Power BI dashboards and management tools.
- Participate in the deployment of the Tech & Digital Academy, managing logistics and administrative follow-up of training courses.
- Engage in weekly team meetings and meetings with the WW Talent & Learning community.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a Grande Ecole de Commerce or University, specializing in Human Resources.
- First experience in HR project management.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders both domestically and internationally.
- Strong organizational skills and event management capabilities.
- Proficiency in English, both written and oral; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Forms, Teams).
Candidates should have a first experience in HR project management, demonstrating the ability to handle various responsibilities within a dynamic team environment.
Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a Grande Ecole de Commerce or University, specializing in Human Resources.
