1. Manage and deploy soft skill EMAE training programs, including session planning, employee registration, communication, and administrative and budget follow-up.
2. Collaborate with the L&D Group teams to integrate content into Workday.
3. Monitor and implement E-Learning training courses on the Kering Learning digital platform, including sourcing content and digital resources, co-constructing courses with internal stakeholders, and analyzing KPIs.
4. Oversee communications management through mailings, webinars, and publications.
5. Develop and monitor KPIs using Power BI dashboards and management tools.
6. Participate in the deployment of the Tech & Digital Academy, managing logistics and administrative follow-up of training courses.
7. Engage in weekly team meetings and meetings with the WW Talent & Learning community.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a Grande Ecole de Commerce or University, specializing in Human Resources.
2. First experience in HR project management.

1. Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders both domestically and internationally.
2. Strong organizational skills and event management capabilities.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and oral; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Forms, Teams).

Candidates should have a first experience in HR project management, demonstrating the ability to handle various responsibilities within a dynamic team environment.

Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a Grande Ecole de Commerce or University, specializing in Human Resources.
