1. Analyze and interpret financial reports and statements of Italian legal entities.
2. Ensure smooth operation of accounting activities in the Milan office.
3. Track order cycles, invoices, and payment approvals.
4. Record and issue invoices, perform cost evaluation, and imputation.
5. Support inter-company reconciliations.
6. Manage petty-cash bookkeeping, financial reporting, and bank account reconciliations.
7. Balance and process monthly financial statements.
8. Maintain accounting books and mandatory records, verify and file tax documents.
9. Process ordinary tax, including VAT declarations and Intrastat management.
10. Monitor credits and recover overdue payments.
11. Close financial statements, including settlement and correction entries.
12. Prepare statutory financial statements and conduct auditing activities.
13. Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as required by management.
14. Collaborate with the controlling department to support monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities.

1. Degree in Economics or a diploma in Accounting.
2. Former experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Knowledge of AS400, JD Edwards, and/or SAP is advantageous.
3. Fluency in Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken.
4. Strong understanding of general and fiscal accounting principles and standards (IFRS).
5. Familiarity with analytical-management accounting, budgeting procedures, business economics, tax law, and business organization.
6. Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality.
7. Effective team player with the ability to work autonomously.

Previous experience in a similar accounting role is required.

Degree in Economics or a diploma in Accounting.
