Kering International Taxation and Transfer Pricing Intern

- Assist the Group Tax Department in matters related to transfer pricing, customs, and indirect taxation.
- Contribute to the monitoring and implementation of transfer pricing policies across various countries.
- Participate in drafting transfer pricing memos and documentation from a fiscal and economic perspective.
- Support the team in managing tax audits and developing defense arguments.
- Analyze financial data related to transfer pricing.
- Conduct research and maintain vigilance on international tax legislation and jurisprudence.
- Perform research on customs-related topics such as contentious procedures, customs regimes, and rules of origin in free trade agreements.
- Draft detailed analysis memos or summaries for financial or accounting departments on current issues.
- Prepare procedural documents for logistics or accounting departments.
- Assist in the preparation of customs audits.
- Support the determination of applicable VAT treatments for the Group's transactions.
- Draft technical notes and memorandums, as well as PowerPoint presentations in English and French.
- Review fiscal clauses in contracts.
- Monitor the evolution of formalities identified by the Group Tax Department in France and abroad.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of European and international taxation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Proficiency in drafting and analyzing fiscal documents.
- Strong analytical skills for financial data interpretation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive and autonomous with excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail and sensitivity to brand image.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in taxation and finance is essential.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac +5) in Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
