- Identify new business models and disruptive technologies for Kering.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking on digital and innovative projects in the luxury fashion industry.
- Analyze the impact of new business models and technologies on the industry.
- Participate in identifying relevant startups and evaluate their solutions through due diligence.
- Support the management of pilot projects to test new technologies, including constructing specifications and identifying technological partners.
- Monitor project stages, ensuring timelines are met, coordinating internal and external teams, and preparing project reports.
- Track key performance indicators of pilot projects and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions within the innovation team.
- Previous internship experience in strategy or consultancy.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and think creatively.
- Proficiency in collaborative tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Passion for new technologies and innovation ecosystems.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
Previous internship experience in strategy or consultancy is required.
Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5).
