Kering Innovation Projects Intern

- Identify new business models and source disruptive technologies for Kering.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking on digital and innovative projects within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strategically analyze the impact of new business models and technologies on the industry.
- Participate in identifying relevant startups for Kering and evaluate their solutions through due diligence processes.
- Support the management of pilot projects to test new technologies, including constructing specifications and identifying technological partners.
- Monitor project timelines, coordinate internal and external teams, and prepare content for project reviews.
- Track key performance indicators of implemented solutions and propose recommendations as necessary.
- Organize internal knowledge-sharing sessions within the Innovation Team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably a Master's degree.
- Previous internship experience in strategy or consultancy.
- Fluency in English and French; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaborative tools (Teams, Sharepoint).
- Strong interest in innovation and the startup ecosystem.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities.
- Effective communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and think creatively.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with the retail or fashion industries is beneficial.
Previous internship experience in strategy or consultancy is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably a Master's degree.
