Kering Innovation Projects Intern

1. Identify new business models and disruptive technologies for Kering.
2. Maintain a competitive benchmark on digital and innovative projects in the luxury fashion industry.
3. Analyze the impact of new business models and technologies on the industry.
4. Participate in identifying relevant startups and evaluate their solutions through due diligence.
5. Support the pilot phase of innovative projects with brands, including constructing specifications and identifying technological partners.
6. Coordinate internal teams and external partners, and prepare project content.
7. Track performance indicators of implemented solutions and propose recommendations.
8. Organize knowledge-sharing sessions within the innovation team.

1. Previous internship in strategy or consultancy.
2. Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.
3. Knowledge of collaborative tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
4. Passionate about new technologies and the innovation ecosystem.
5. Organized with strong project management skills.
6. Good communication and multitasking skills.
7. Autonomy and out-of-the-box thinking.
8. Knowledge of data analytics is a plus.
9. Knowledge of the retail or fashion industries is a plus.
