1. Identify new business models and source disruptive technologies for Kering.
2. Conduct competitive benchmarking on digital and innovative projects within the luxury fashion industry.
3. Strategically analyze the impact of new business models and technologies on the industry.
4. Participate in identifying relevant startups for Kering and evaluate their solutions through due diligence processes.
5. Support the management of pilot projects to test new technologies, including constructing specifications and identifying technological partners.
6. Monitor project timelines, coordinate internal and external teams, and prepare content for project reviews.
7. Track key performance indicators of implemented solutions and propose recommendations as necessary.
8. Organize internal knowledge-sharing sessions within the Innovation Team.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably a Master's degree.
2. Previous internship experience in strategy or consultancy.
3. Fluency in English and French; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaborative tools (Teams, Sharepoint).
2. Strong interest in innovation and the startup ecosystem.
3. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities.
4. Effective communication and multitasking skills.
5. Ability to work autonomously and think creatively.
6. Knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus.
7. Familiarity with the retail or fashion industries is beneficial.

Previous internship experience in strategy or consultancy is required.
