Kering Innovation Projects Intern

- Identify new business models and disruptive technologies for Kering.
- Maintain a competitive benchmark on digital and innovative projects in the luxury fashion industry.
- Analyze the impact of new business models and technologies on the industry.
- Participate in identifying relevant startups and evaluate their solutions through due diligence.
- Support the pilot phase of innovative projects with brands, including constructing specifications and identifying technological partners.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners, and prepare project content.
- Track performance indicators of implemented solutions and propose recommendations.
- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions within the innovation team.
- Previous internship in strategy or consultancy.
- Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.
- Knowledge of collaborative tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Passionate about new technologies and the innovation ecosystem.
- Organized with strong project management skills.
- Good communication and multitasking skills.
- Autonomy and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Knowledge of data analytics is a plus.
- Knowledge of the retail or fashion industries is a plus.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

Previous internship experience in strategy or consultancy is required.
Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5).
