- Assist in the operational implementation of the Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) and Employee Engagement roadmap.
- Support internal communication needs, including presentations, invitations, events, and online publications.
- Aid in organizing internal events such as conferences, awareness activities, and training sessions.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on I&D topics.
- Propose awareness campaigns related to I&D themes.
- Contribute to the development of communication assets for annual internal events like International Women’s Day and LGBT awareness.
- Engage with key stakeholders to enhance understanding of I&D initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Management, Political Science, or Communication.
- Fluent in English and French, with other languages considered an advantage.
- Experience in project management is preferred.
- Interest in inclusion and diversity.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Creative, dynamic, and organized with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in project management and a demonstrated interest in inclusion and diversity are advantageous.
Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
