1. Assist in the operational implementation of the Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) and Employee Engagement roadmap.
2. Support internal communication needs, including presentations, invitations, events, and online publications.
3. Aid in organizing internal events such as conferences, awareness activities, and training sessions.
4. Conduct research and benchmarking on I&D topics.
5. Propose awareness campaigns related to I&D themes.
6. Contribute to the development of communication assets for annual internal events like International Women’s Day and LGBT awareness.
7. Engage with key stakeholders to enhance understanding of I&D initiatives.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Management, Political Science, or Communication.
2. Fluent in English and French, with other languages considered an advantage.
3. Experience in project management is preferred.
4. Interest in inclusion and diversity.

1. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
2. Strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
3. Creative, dynamic, and organized with attention to detail.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Previous experience in project management and a demonstrated interest in inclusion and diversity are advantageous.

Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
