- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to retail leadership, aligning HR policies with business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with store leadership teams to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights on workforce planning and performance trends.
- Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to implement company-wide initiatives.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for key retail positions.
- Oversee onboarding and new hire integration to ensure a structured experience.
- Conduct training sessions to support employee career development.
- Provide guidance on workplace policies and performance expectations.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian labor laws across retail locations.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or luxury environments.
- Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to build trust with senior leadership and act as a strategic business partner.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong facilitation, influencing, coaching, and counseling abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms; experience with Dayforce or Workday is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives.
- Experience with change management methodologies.
6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or luxury environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Base salary of $125,000-$135,000 per year.
