1. Serve as a strategic HR advisor to retail leadership, aligning HR policies with business objectives.
2. Foster strong relationships with store leadership teams to enhance employee engagement and retention.
3. Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights on workforce planning and performance trends.
4. Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to implement company-wide initiatives.
5. Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for key retail positions.
6. Oversee onboarding and new hire integration to ensure a structured experience.
7. Conduct training sessions to support employee career development.
8. Provide guidance on workplace policies and performance expectations.
9. Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian labor laws across retail locations.
10. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or luxury environments.
3. Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Proven ability to build trust with senior leadership and act as a strategic business partner.

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. Strong facilitation, influencing, coaching, and counseling abilities.
3. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms; experience with Dayforce or Workday is a plus.
4. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives.
5. Experience with change management methodologies.

6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or luxury environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Base salary of $125,000-$135,000 per year.
