- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, arranging interviews, and recording candidate profiles
- Maintain employees' e-Personal files
- Support the employee onboarding process and draft employee movement announcements
- Prepare and create bi-weekly Time & Attendance reports using ENTO for tracking overtime in Australia
- Update records on the employee staff purchase quota management system
- Support the team with updates of statutory requirements for various markets in the region
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Organized and meticulous

- Flexible to new ideas and ways of accomplishing tasks
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-player
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Canva
