1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, arranging interviews, and maintaining candidate profiles.
2. Maintain employees' electronic personal files.
3. Support the employee onboarding process and draft employee movement announcements.
4. Prepare and generate bi-weekly Time & Attendance reports using ENTO for tracking overtime in Australia.
5. Update records in the employee staff purchase quota management system.
6. Support the team with updates on statutory requirements for various markets in the region.
7. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

1. Organized and meticulous with the ability to work independently.
2. Adaptable to new ideas and methods of task accomplishment.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective team player.
4. Proficient in MS Office applications and Canva.

No specific experience required, but prior exposure to HR functions is advantageous.
