- Conduct comprehensive recruitment activities using multiple channels and manage associated administration for the brand.
- Oversee the recruitment cycle, utilizing recruitment management tools and coordinating with payroll and operations teams for onboarding.
- Organize and manage new graduate recruitment, including on-campus seminars and induction ceremonies.
- Coordinate group orientations for new graduates.
- Identify organizational strategies and business needs, providing HR advice and solutions.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide consultancy and problem-solving.
- Address management, performance, and ethics issues in consultation with stakeholders.
- Administer employee data, including personal information, job changes, and payroll.
- Collaborate with Human Resources Managers on group projects related to Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.
- Manage various documents, reporting tasks, and other ancillary operations.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a recruitment role and at least 5 years' total experience in HR.
- Systematic understanding of HR and labor laws.
- Strong communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
- Interest in business with the ability to establish affinity.
- Insightful and analytical with objective assessment skills.
- Highly motivated to learn and embrace challenges.
- Fluent in Japanese and proficient in business-level English.
- Experience in retail and luxury brands is advantageous.
