- Ensure a reliable and efficient onboarding process in accordance with group directives using available IT tools (Workday, PeopleDoc, ADP).
- Communicate all mandatory administrative documents to new employees for their role commencement and integration.
- Draft contracts, amendments, and pre-employment declarations for new hires within the designated scope following the group's integration process.
- Manage affiliations with various occupational health centers, including preventive, return-to-work, and periodic visits.
- Administer employee benefits such as corporate restaurant cards, transportation reimbursements, and health insurance.
- Serve as a primary contact for HR references regarding personnel administration, established procedures, and the shared services center's service catalog.
- Liaise with external partners, including health insurance providers and occupational health centers.
- Verify work permits and, if necessary, handle work authorization requests with authorities as per group procedures.
- Conduct regular audits on security roles to ensure task separation and access updates.
- Contribute to internal or external audits and surveys at the HR shared services center or brand level.
- Monitor and validate certain absences requiring justification in Workday.
- Coordinate with the Payroll team to assess the impact of absences on payroll processing.
- Organize monthly activity review meetings with clients.
- Analyze, verify, and validate employee information in Workday to ensure database efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with HR references to ensure data completeness.
- Align employee data with payroll software in partnership with the payroll manager.
- Communicate monthly cycles and schedules in collaboration with the payroll team.
- Respond accurately to employee and local HR reference inquiries via Kering Connect, the internal CRM.
- Escalate specific requests to management or redirect to appropriate contacts.
- Adhere to shared service center response time commitments and analyze KPIs for continuous service improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role (HR administrator, HR administrative assistant, etc.).
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and emergencies.
- Proven experience with HR software, ideally Workday or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Customer service orientation.
Experience in a similar human resources administrative role is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
