- Serve as the primary HRIS Analyst for HR and IT stakeholders on the Talent domain.
- Develop and maintain functional expertise in Talent management and group HRIS solutions.
- Contribute to the definition of the Group HR Digital roadmap with the Talent team, evaluating new demands for workload, risks, costs, and timelines.
- Implement HR solutions, including configuration, testing, and production deployment.
- Provide Tier 3 support for defect resolution, enhancements, and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards in all processes.
- Develop robust reporting and dashboards for key HR metrics.
- Promote an optimal user experience through simplified and automated processes.
- Assist in defining end-to-end processes, change management, documentation, and integration projects.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HRIS.
- Proficiency in HR processes and SaaS solutions.
- Experience with Workday or Eightfold is advantageous.
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
3 to 5 years of experience in HRIS, with a focus on SaaS solutions and HR processes.
