1. Serve as the primary HRIS Analyst for HR and IT stakeholders in the Talent domain.
2. Develop and provide functional expertise on Talent management and HRIS solutions.
3. Contribute to the definition of the Group HR Digital roadmap and facilitate prioritization of new demands.
4. Implement HR solutions, including configuration, support, and evolution of systems.
5. Customize and optimize HRIS functionalities to enhance skills identification and development.
6. Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards in all processes.
7. Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards for key HR metrics.
8. Provide Tier 3 HRIS support for defect resolutions and system enhancements.
9. Promote user experience improvements in Workday through streamlined processes.
10. Assist in defining end-to-end processes, change management, and integration projects.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in HRIS.
2. Proficiency in HR processes and SaaS solutions.
3. Experience with Workday or Eightfold is advantageous.

6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
