Kering HRIS Analyst

1. Serve as the key contact for HR and IT stakeholders on Talent, Performance, and Learning modules.
2. Contribute to the definition of the HRIS roadmap with the Group Talent team.
3. Implement functional designs in HR solutions, including configuration, testing, and production.
4. Provide Tier 3 support for resolving bugs and deploying enhancements.
5. Participate in the design and deployment of user-friendly processes in Workday and other tools.
6. Contribute to the definition of end-to-end processes, change management activities, and integration projects.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in HRIS.
2. Knowledge of HR processes and SaaS solutions.
3. Experience with Workday or Eightfold is a plus.
4. Ability to work in a matrixed, international, and multicultural environment.
5. Fluent in English.

3 to 5 years of experience in HRIS with a good understanding of HR processes and SaaS solutions.
