- Manage the production of employment-related documentation, including hiring letters, promotions, contractual changes, and organizational adjustments.
- Conduct pre-hire communications to gather necessary documentation from candidates.
- Ensure onboarding processes align with Group Guidelines and HR Policies.
- Input and validate data in Workday, performing regular audits for accuracy and consistency.
- Support employees and HR teams with administrative inquiries.
- Generate ad hoc reports and develop HR KPIs.
- University degree required.
- Proven experience in HR administration with knowledge of Labor Law.
- Precision and organizational skills.
- Strong relational and communication abilities.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Demonstrated experience in HR administration with a focus on labor law and employee lifecycle management.
