Kering HR Operations Administrator

- Ensure high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence in all brand interactions.
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including hires, job changes, and terminations, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and onboarding materials, ensuring alignment with Workday data and benefit guidelines.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely processing of hires, changes, and terminations before payroll deadlines.
- Maintain electronic personnel files, ensuring secure storage and archiving of accurate documentation.
- Issue probation confirmation letters and employment reference letters in a timely manner.
- Verify and record Right to Work documents in compliance with legislative requirements before issuing contracts.
- Respond to employee and stakeholder queries via the Kering Connect ticketing system within agreed service levels.
- Support HR Operations Manager with audit information requests and produce ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Contribute to local and global projects, providing support as required.
- Experience in HR administration across the employee life cycle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service standards.
- Proficiency in Workday is highly desirable.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive and curious mindset with the ability to identify process improvements.
Prior experience in HR administration, particularly in managing the employee life cycle, is required.
