1. Support talent acquisition programs and employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
2. Assist in utilizing talent acquisition tools for recruitment analytics and reporting to drive improvements.
3. Contribute to the implementation of talent development initiatives, including development programs and talent skills gap assessments.
4. Support talent mobility initiatives within the organization.
5. Aid in the execution of the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance excellence programs.
6. Analyze key performance indicators to assess talent effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
7. Facilitate the adoption of talent systems to support global digitalization efforts.
8. Analyze data to identify trends and insights for stakeholder engagement in talent programs.

1. Undergraduate in Arts/Humanities, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
2. Strong communication skills coupled with an analytical mindset.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in human resources and talent management is essential.
