- Support talent acquisition programs and employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Assist in utilizing talent acquisition tools for recruitment analytics and reporting to drive improvements.
- Contribute to the implementation of talent development initiatives, including development programs and talent skills gap assessments.
- Support talent mobility initiatives within the organization.
- Aid in the execution of the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance excellence programs.
- Analyze key performance indicators to assess talent effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate the adoption of talent systems to support global digitalization efforts.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights for stakeholder engagement in talent programs.
- Undergraduate in Arts/Humanities, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills coupled with an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in human resources and talent management is essential.
Undergraduate in Arts/Humanities, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
