1. Oversee and support the monthly closure of actual personnel costs and headcounts using Workday and payroll tools for HR control.
2. Guide and assist the Houses in budget forecasting processes related to costs and headcounts.
3. Support the management of expertise and know-how by providing high-level functional support.
4. Maintain and update standards in collaboration with Core HR and Finance teams.
5. Develop and update training materials and user guides.
6. Facilitate the HR controlling community through committees and events.
7. Organize training sessions for HR controllers.
8. Communicate regularly on HR controlling topics to the group's Houses.
9. Address ad-hoc requests.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Experience in HR controlling or a similar financial role within a corporate environment is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
