Kering HR Advisor Apprentice

- Assist in the execution and monitoring of personnel administration activities, including various contract types such as internships, apprenticeships, fixed-term, and permanent contracts.
- Support the transmission of information related to internal HR policies, including leave policies, performance agreements, and charters.
- Regularly update HR tracking tools such as Workday and dashboards.
- Monitor HR deadlines including probation periods, contract renewals, return from leave, and other HR-related timelines.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and organization.
- Comfortable working in an international, complex, and constantly evolving environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools such as Workday is advantageous.
No specific experience required, but a strong interest in human resources within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
