- Collaborate with Shared Services Center (SSC) leadership to define and update the HR SSC strategy and roadmap.
- Coordinate with regional and local SSC heads to consolidate global roadmaps.
- Ensure alignment with Organization & Services PMO and manage PMO processes and tools.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project portfolio, including charters, timelines, and budgets.
- Define project management standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Support HRSS teams throughout project phases, guiding project managers in lifecycle management.
- Develop training programs to enhance project management skills.
- Monitor project execution and governance, tracking performance data and identifying risks.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR leadership and IT teams.
- Manage stakeholder communication and facilitate collaboration across the HR SSC team.
- Oversee the Demand Management Process to align SSC roadmap with business needs and resources.
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Significant experience in project management within international and multicultural environments.
- Experience in HR Operations, HR Information Systems, or Shared Services Business Centres preferred.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Italian is advantageous.
- Strong project management expertise and knowledge of methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and methodological skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Workday and Service Now is a plus.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
Senior experience in project management, particularly in cross-country and cross-functional environments, managing complex projects on time and within budget.
Post-secondary degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
