1. Collaborate with Shared Services Center (SSC) leadership to define and update the HR SSC strategy and roadmap.
2. Coordinate with regional and local SSC heads to consolidate global roadmaps.
3. Ensure alignment with Organization & Services PMO and manage PMO processes and tools.
4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project portfolio, including charters, timelines, and budgets.
5. Define project management standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
6. Support HRSS teams throughout project phases, guiding project managers in lifecycle management.
7. Develop training programs to enhance project management skills.
8. Monitor project execution and governance, tracking performance data and identifying risks.
9. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR leadership and IT teams.
10. Manage stakeholder communication and facilitate collaboration across the HR SSC team.
11. Oversee the Demand Management Process to align SSC roadmap with business needs and resources.

1. Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
2. Significant experience in project management within international and multicultural environments.
3. Experience in HR Operations, HR Information Systems, or Shared Services Business Centres preferred.
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Italian is advantageous.

1. Strong project management expertise and knowledge of methodologies.
2. Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
3. Ability to work independently with strong organizational and methodological skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Workday and Service Now is a plus.
5. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.

Senior experience in project management, particularly in cross-country and cross-functional environments, managing complex projects on time and within budget.

Post-secondary degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
