Kering Global Process Analyst - Order to Cash

- Support the governance of Order to Cash (O2C) accounting processes across local and regional Shared Service Centers (SSCs) and group brands.
- Serve as the primary O2C subject matter expert for various finance departments within Kering.
- Measure and present key performance indicators (KPIs) for SSCs and brands regarding O2C processes.
- Ensure continuous training of accounting teams within SSCs and brands, and enforce compliance with Kering's accounting standards for O2C processes.
- Coordinate and oversee regional use of Blackline.
- Maintain and update O2C process documentation, including SharePoint resources.
- Develop and implement an O2C accountant learning pathway in collaboration with HR.
- Monitor global e-invoicing obligations and manage related weekly and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Act as the documentation and training reference for Adyen implementation.
- Collaborate closely with global O2C teams to address common challenges and share best practices.
- Facilitate brand and corporate performance reviews to achieve group objectives.
- Engage in group projects impacting O2C processes.
- Prepare O2C communications tailored to various stakeholders (brands, corporate, FSSC).
- Stay informed on market trends and identify system enhancements to promote automation, including AI and RPA initiatives.
- Lead projects to digitize and improve work processes.
- Provide expertise and design principles for ongoing projects affecting O2C accounting processes.
- Minimum of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of key financial and accounting processes.
- Result-oriented mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Desirable: Proficiency in SAP and Blackline; Required: Proficiency in Excel.
