- Lead the Governance, Risk and Compliance team in alignment with the Prevent & Comply security strategy.
- Organize and oversee security governance across the group and its brands in collaboration with CISOs and CIOs.
- Define and implement group-wide information security policies.
- Continuously enhance the group's cyber risk mapping and risk analysis activities.
- Develop and execute a cybersecurity awareness program for all employees.
- Coordinate the monthly security dashboard in collaboration with other teams.
- Provide standard external security audit services.
- Manage third-party security audits and ensure regular supplier evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with key security standards such as PCI DSS, SWIFT, GDPR, and ISO27001.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, ideally with security certifications such as CISSP, ISO 2700X, or equivalent.
- Expertise in risk analysis methodologies like ebios, Mehari, iso27005.
- Strong understanding of technical architecture, systems, networks, and cloud.
- Excellent formalization and writing skills for policy and presentation materials.
- Proficiency in compliance, regulations, and standards.
- Leadership and management capabilities.
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years in IT security, with at least 3 years in risk management or compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems with relevant certifications.
