1. Lead the Governance, Risk and Compliance team in alignment with the Prevent & Comply security strategy.
2. Organize and oversee security governance across the group and its brands in collaboration with CISOs and CIOs.
3. Define and implement group-wide information security policies.
4. Continuously enhance the group's cyber risk mapping and risk analysis activities.
5. Develop and execute a cybersecurity awareness program for all employees.
6. Coordinate the monthly security dashboard in collaboration with other teams.
7. Provide standard external security audit services.
8. Manage third-party security audits and ensure regular supplier evaluations.
9. Ensure compliance with key security standards such as PCI DSS, SWIFT, GDPR, and ISO27001.

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, ideally with security certifications such as CISSP, ISO 2700X, or equivalent.

1. Expertise in risk analysis methodologies like ebios, Mehari, iso27005.
2. Strong understanding of technical architecture, systems, networks, and cloud.
3. Excellent formalization and writing skills for policy and presentation materials.
4. Proficiency in compliance, regulations, and standards.
5. Leadership and management capabilities.
6. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

Minimum of 10 years in IT security, with at least 3 years in risk management or compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems with relevant certifications.
