Kering Global Accounting Process Performance Intern

- Assist in the governance of accounting processes within local and regional Shared Service Centers (SSCs) worldwide, including definition, control, and facilitation.
- Engage in various streams of the Global Accounting Process Performance department, including Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Record to Reporting (RTR).
- Contribute to the performance measurement of SSCs and related KPIs.
- Participate in the continuous training and excellence of accounting teams within SSCs and ensure compliance with Kering's accounting standards.
- Monitor the effectiveness of processes by defining operational KPIs and implementing weekly reporting.
- Develop and contribute to the learning path of accountants, including the creation and implementation of a training program.
- Ensure process documentation is up-to-date.
- Co-animate and serve as a reference for Excellence Accounting.
- Prepare documentation for meetings to discuss common issues and share best practices.
- Act as a process accounting reference for all other stakeholders at the Group level, including Finance Transformation, Management Control, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, and Internal Control.
- Be involved in all group projects impacting the accounting process and the remediation plan related to system migrations (SAP).
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or enrolled in a business school/university with a specialization in Finance/Audit.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Dynamic with a high adaptability.
- Interest in ERP systems and broad transformation processes.
- Project-oriented work style.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
No prior work experience required, but relevant academic background in finance or accounting is necessary.
Master's degree in progress in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or related field.
