1. Oversee the accounting closing process for the group’s retail companies, including general ledger accounting, fixed assets, and tax accounts.
2. Ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
3. Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
4. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure data integrity and compliance.
5. Act as the main point of contact with internal and external auditors and manage local tax compliance.
6. Identify and implement process improvements and best practices for enhanced efficiency.
7. Manage a team of approximately 15 people, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
8. Collaborate with various departments and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

1. Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
2. 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a shared services environment.

1. Strong technical accounting skills with expertise in local and international GAAP.
2. Proven team management and leadership abilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel and operational proficiency in SAP.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
5. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 10 years in a similar position, preferably within a shared services environment, demonstrating strong technical accounting skills and team management capabilities.

Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
