Kering General Accounting Manager

- Oversee the accounting closing process for the group’s retail companies, including general ledger accounting, fixed assets, and tax accounts.
- Ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Act as the main point of contact with internal and external auditors and manage local tax compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices for enhanced efficiency.
- Manage a team of approximately 15 people, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Collaborate with various departments and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a shared services environment.
- Strong technical accounting skills with expertise in local and international GAAP.
- Proven team management and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and operational proficiency in SAP.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Fluent in English.
A minimum of 10 years in a similar position, preferably within a shared services environment, demonstrating strong technical accounting skills and team management capabilities.
Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
