Kering FP&A Analyst

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly accounting reports, including analysis of sales and gross margin for management review and group consolidation.
- Prepare, analyze, and share monthly reporting packages for review with HQ teams in France, Italy, and APAC.
- Coordinate with Store Planning and Accounting Teams to ensure all committed capital expenditures are recorded and aligned with approved budgets.
- Communicate monthly spending reports to Budget Owners for monitoring and tracking against Budget/Forecasts.
- Coordinate with the Accounting Team to ensure compliance with managerial accounting requirements and review the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Responsible for the timely submission of budgets and forecasts for supporting entities and reporting packages.
- Manage cost control with Budget Owners to ensure budget adherence.
- Review and ensure compliance with regulations and group policies.
- Calculate SSC cost recharges and communicate them to HQ and Brands.
- Register general ledger accounting subjects and cost centers in the accounting system.
- Prepare financial models and feasibility studies for new business initiatives.
- Collaborate with the System Team for finance transformation projects to ensure successful rollout to SAP and other applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Over 3 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
- Over 2 years of experience as a GL accounting staff member.
- Audit or internal control experience is preferred but not required.
- High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP and HFM is preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
Over 3 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the luxury retail industry, and over 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
