1. Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly accounting reports, including analysis of sales and gross margin for management review and group consolidation.
2. Prepare, analyze, and share monthly reporting packages for review with HQ teams in France, Italy, and APAC.
3. Coordinate with Store Planning and Accounting Teams to ensure all committed capital expenditures are recorded and aligned with approved budgets.
4. Communicate monthly spending reports to Budget Owners for monitoring and tracking against Budget/Forecasts.
5. Coordinate with the Accounting Team to ensure compliance with managerial accounting requirements and review the accuracy of financial reporting.
6. Responsible for the timely submission of budgets and forecasts for supporting entities and reporting packages.
7. Manage cost control with Budget Owners to ensure budget adherence.
8. Review and ensure compliance with regulations and group policies.
9. Calculate SSC cost recharges and communicate them to HQ and Brands.
10. Register general ledger accounting subjects and cost centers in the accounting system.
11. Prepare financial models and feasibility studies for new business initiatives.
12. Collaborate with the System Team for finance transformation projects to ensure successful rollout to SAP and other applications.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
2. Over 3 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
3. Over 2 years of experience as a GL accounting staff member.
4. Audit or internal control experience is preferred but not required.

1. High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
2. Knowledge of SAP and HFM is preferred.
3. Excellent communication, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
6. Business-level proficiency in English.

Over 3 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the luxury retail industry, and over 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
