Kering Financial Communications Coordinator

- Prepare and organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders of the Financial Communications Department, including investor and analyst requests.
- Coordinate and manage investor roadshows and update databases.
- Manage team travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally.
- Participate in the organization of quarterly publication releases.
- Oversee institutional shareholder identification, targeting, and reporting.
- Handle individual shareholder relations, including requests and AGM organization.
- Manage the department's budget, ensuring administrative efficiency including meeting schedules.
- Experience in financial communications or a financial department, or similar experience with a broker.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3/4).
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken French.
- Strong communication skills in English, with international experience being advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Proactive in suggesting improvements to existing processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic, and team-oriented.
Experience in financial communications or a financial department, or similar experience with a broker is appreciated.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3/4).
