1. Prepare and organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders of the Financial Communications Department, including investor and analyst requests.
2. Coordinate and manage investor roadshows and update databases.
3. Manage team travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally.
4. Participate in the organization of quarterly publication releases.
5. Oversee institutional shareholder identification, targeting, and reporting.
6. Handle individual shareholder relations, including requests and AGM organization.
7. Manage the department's budget, ensuring administrative efficiency including meeting schedules.

1. Experience in financial communications or a financial department, or similar experience with a broker.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3/4).
3. Excellent proficiency in written and spoken French.
4. Strong communication skills in English, with international experience being advantageous.
