Kering Financial Communications Coordinator

- Prepare and organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including investors and analysts.
- Coordinate and manage investor roadshows and update databases.
- Oversee and arrange team travel, both domestically and internationally.
- Participate in the organization of quarterly publication releases.
- Manage institutional shareholder identification, targeting, and reporting.
- Handle individual shareholder relations, including AGM organization.
- Administer departmental budget and ensure administrative functions, such as meeting agendas, are maintained.
- Experience in financial communications or within a financial department is preferred, or similar experience at a brokerage firm.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3/4).
- Proficiency in written and spoken French.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with international experience being advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Proactive in proposing improvements to existing processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic, and enjoys teamwork.
Experience in financial communications or within a financial department, or similar experience at a brokerage firm.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3/4).
