1. Prepare and organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including investors and analysts.
2. Coordinate and manage investor roadshows and update databases.
3. Oversee and arrange team travel, both domestically and internationally.
4. Participate in the organization of quarterly publication releases.
5. Manage institutional shareholder identification, targeting, and reporting.
6. Handle individual shareholder relations, including AGM organization.
7. Administer departmental budget and ensure administrative functions, such as meeting agendas, are maintained.

1. Experience in financial communications or within a financial department is preferred, or similar experience at a brokerage firm.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3/4).
3. Proficiency in written and spoken French.

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with international experience being advantageous.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Attention to detail and precision.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize under tight deadlines.
5. Proactive in proposing improvements to existing processes.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic, and enjoys teamwork.

Experience in financial communications or within a financial department, or similar experience at a brokerage firm.
