- Ensure high-quality financial data reporting in the consolidation tool according to IFRS standards.
- Conduct budget monitoring in collaboration with brand controllers.
- Critically assess account quality and highlight anomalies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards within deadlines.
- Provide quality analyses to brand controllers.
- Identify process improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure data reliability in the budgeting tool.
- Monitor budget versus actual variances.
- Support brand controllers in analyzing discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in audit firms or international corporate environments.
- Experience in Shared Services Centers is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills in accounting processes and flows.
- Adaptability in a dynamic team environment.
- Ability to deliver within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (ideally SAP) and consolidation software (ideally HFM).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of a second European language is a plus.
First experience in audit firms or international corporate environments is required. Experience in Shared Services Centers is advantageous.
