1. Contribute to the implementation and management of learning initiatives within the Finance Academy.
2. Support the preparation and logistical organization of training events, including managing enrolment, communication with attendees, and event logistics.
3. Assist in the creation of a learning catalogue and development paths for Finance teams.
4. Extract and analyze data for learning assessments and KPI monitoring.
5. Develop internal communication assets, such as videos and posts, to promote initiatives.
6. Manage training evaluation surveys.

1. Master’s degree in Economics or Finance.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
2. Detail-oriented with the ability to meet challenging deadlines.
3. Proactive and curious with a creative mindset.
4. Effective team player with excellent communication skills.
5. Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in French is beneficial.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in Learning and Development with a project management approach is essential.

Master’s degree in Economics or Finance.
