Kering Finance Learning & Development Intern

1. Contribute to the implementation and management of learning initiatives as part of the Finance Academy.
2. Support the preparation and logistic organization of training/learning events.
3. Assist in the creation and definition of a specific learning catalogue for Finance teams.
4. Extract data for learning analysis and monitor relevant KPIs.
5. Develop communication assets to promote initiatives internally.
6. Help manage training evaluation surveys.

1. Master’s degree preferably in Economics/Finance.
2. Interest in Learning and Development topics with a project management and problem-solving approach.
3. Fluent in English and Italian, with a good level of French.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
2. Detail-oriented and able to meet challenging deadlines.
3. Proactive and curious with a think-out-of-the-box attitude.
4. Effective and positive team player with excellent communication skills.

No specific experience required, but interest in Learning and Development topics is essential.

Master’s degree preferably in Economics/Finance.
