- Contribute to the implementation and management of learning initiatives as part of the Finance Academy.
- Support the preparation and logistic organization of training/learning events.
- Assist in the creation and definition of a specific learning catalogue for Finance teams.
- Extract data for learning analysis and monitor relevant KPIs.
- Develop communication assets to promote initiatives internally.
- Help manage training evaluation surveys.
- Master’s degree preferably in Economics/Finance.
- Interest in Learning and Development topics with a project management and problem-solving approach.
- Fluent in English and Italian, with a good level of French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet challenging deadlines.
- Proactive and curious with a think-out-of-the-box attitude.
- Effective and positive team player with excellent communication skills.
No specific experience required, but interest in Learning and Development topics is essential.
Master’s degree preferably in Economics/Finance.
