Kering Executive Business Partner / Chief of Staff

- Project manage critical and time-sensitive business initiatives with multi-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate Executive Committee, Leadership, and CEO meeting agendas and follow-up workstreams.
- Conduct internal and external research on key topics, including government relations and business insights.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Ensure efficient administrative support, including email, mail, contacts, phone, and budget management.
- Maintain and manage complex calendar and logistics for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses in collaboration with the Office Coordinator.
- Facilitate global and local intracompany executive leadership coordination on behalf of the President.
- Exhibit advanced organizational savvy and diplomacy to navigate complex company dynamics.
- Manage ad hoc projects aligned with executive objectives, applying business judgment to assess priorities.
- Support community relations and event planning, managing projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, or Project Manager in a multinational company.
- High level of technical knowledge and proficiency in administrative tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and respect.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work with urgency and accuracy.
- Fluency in French and/or Italian is a plus.
- Advanced organizational savvy and diplomacy.
- Strong technical and computer skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
At least 7 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
Base salary of $145,000 - $165,000 per year plus a 15% annual bonus.
