Kering E-commerce Projects Apprentice

- Support the E-Commerce Project Manager in business and service activities during the e-commerce transition and service deployment.
- Coordinate customer services and continuously improve processes.
- Implement new e-commerce functionalities for both back and front office.
- Assist in defining and documenting business needs.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in creating release notes.
- Monitor user satisfaction through regular surveys.
- Manage the contribution process with customer services and track contribution tickets.
- Optimize and implement new e-commerce processes.
- Update training materials related to Order Management Systems (OMS) for customer services.
- Assist in training on new functionalities and processes.
- Facilitate the adoption of new processes by customer service teams.
- Coordinate across brands, e-commerce departments, and customer services.
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5).
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative tools (JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Google Docs).
- Strong interpersonal skills, versatility, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
- Interest in digital solutions.
Experience in luxury or customer relations is a plus.
Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5).
