Kering Digital Workplace Apprentice

- Participate in the production of digital training materials, including e-learnings, user guides, case studies, and video editing.
- Coordinate seamless communication with internal teams to ensure information flow.
- Contribute to the development of communication and engagement models to inform and engage end-users.
- Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions to raise awareness of new processes and tools.
- Design and enhance user interfaces, including wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Participate in co-creation workshops and user research phases, including interviews and user testing.
- Develop intuitive solutions while respecting technical constraints and business needs.
- Stay abreast of technological trends and propose innovations in design and user experience.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's student in business school with expertise in digital communication and/or UX/UI design.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is an advantage.
- Knowledge of tools such as Articulate Learning, Office 365, JIRA/CONFLUENCE, SharePoint, Figma, Adobe Suite is preferred.
- Flexibility, adaptability, creativity, and a passion for teamwork.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, well-organized, and a passion for fashion/luxury/design.
- UX/UI skills are a valuable asset.
No specific professional experience required, but relevant academic background and skills are necessary.
Bachelor's degree or Master's student in a related field.
