Kering Deputy Head of Financial Shared Services Center Europe

- Manage a team of approximately 25-30 individuals, overseeing statutory accounts reporting and financial control across several European countries.
- Supervise the statutory accounts process for retail companies and the submission of financial statements to the Group consolidation tool.
- Ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and maintain robust internal controls.
- Optimize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes in SAP, ensuring process standardization and efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a reference for financial accounting matters at the European level.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance financial service efficiency and quality.
- Actively participate in financial transformation and digitalization projects.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines and budget, ensuring effective performance measurement of accounting activities.
- Support change management between regional and local SSCs and brand finance teams.
- Deep understanding and experience in financial shared services within the EMEA region.
- Proven experience in managing finance shared services operations across multiple countries.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- In-depth knowledge of European GAAPs and proficiency in SAP FI or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical and accounting skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex financial concepts and building relationships.

At least 10 years of experience in a similar financial position, ideally within a shared services environment, with project management and internal control experience.
Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.
