Kering Deputy Head of Financial Shared Services Center

- Manage the complete R2R process across the European Kering Financial Shared Services platform.
- Oversee financial accounting and reporting departments for Kering's retail companies.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements with local GAAP and IFRS.
- Supervise a team of 25-30 people, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee statutory accounts and financial statement reporting for approximately 30 legal entities.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls.
- Optimize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Actively participate in financial transformation and digitalization projects.
- Manage projects to harmonize Group processes and identify improvement areas.
- Deep understanding and experience in financial shared services within the EMEA region.
- Successful experience in managing finance shared services operations across multiple countries.
- Strong aptitude for project management and coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of various European GAAPs.
- Proficiency in SAP FI or other accounting/reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and accounting skills.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
At least 10 years of experience in a similar financial position, ideally in a shared services environment, with project management and internal control experience.
Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.
