Kering CRM Strategy Intern

- Support the Client Strategy & Experience Team in elevating client engagement actions.
- Propose and implement new client engagement and retention journeys.
- Collaborate with Kering's Analytics, Operations, and MarTech teams.
- Contribute to market watch by feeding teams with the latest trends and best practices.
- Participate in event project management from conception to realization.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for events.
- Prepare CRM action proposals and detailed presentations.
- Higher education with a specialization in Digital, CRM, or Marketing.
- Previous experience in CRM or Marketing Departments or as a consultant is a plus.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Creative and able to synthesize information.
- Autonomous, proactive, and dynamic.
- Proficient in Office/Google suite.
- Strong communicator in French and English.

Higher education (Baccalaureate + 5 years) with a specialization in Digital, CRM, or Marketing.
