Kering CRM Campaigns Coordinator Intern

- Support the Campaign Coordinator in executing ad hoc and multichannel CRM campaigns, including briefing, asset retrieval, validation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Enhance processes to streamline developers' workflows.
- Ensure team responsiveness and proactivity in managing simple campaigns.
- Organize and lead recurring meetings with brand teams, preparing agendas, content, and documenting decisions and action plans.
- Maintain and update the journeys catalog, tracking new and updated journeys.
- Update key performance indicators in the catalog and maintain tracking files.
- Conduct benchmarking to compile best practices and compare lifecycle program implementations.
- Assist in compiling campaign reports, highlighting successes, and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborate with brand teams to adapt reporting formats.
- Initial experience in marketing within luxury, digital, or retail sectors.
- Familiarity with campaign management or CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
A first experience in marketing and familiarity with luxury, digital, or retail markets.
