Kering Construction Project Manager

- Develop project briefs, cost estimates, and schedules during the initial stages of project development, ensuring alignment with stakeholders on key dates and budgets.
- Maintain precise project costs and timelines using Kering’s Power B.I. dashboards for real-time stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, general contractors, and suppliers to achieve key project milestones.
- Lead weekly meetings with project teams to discuss progress, align objectives, and address any design or construction issues.
- Review technical and design drawings to ensure they meet project objectives.
- Identify and manage risks related to schedule and budget, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits to verify compliance with design standards and project plans.
- Collaborate with Kering’s Procurement team to manage tenders for necessary project vendors, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Promote sustainable construction practices and ensure eligible projects achieve LEED certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Store Planning, Architecture, or Construction, with a preference for luxury retail projects.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Sustainability accreditations such as LEED A.P. or WELL A.P. preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CAD drawing (AutoCAD and 3D tools), Adobe Graphics Programs (Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office tools (Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
A minimum of 5 years in retail store planning, architecture, or construction, with exposure to luxury retail projects preferred.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
