1. Develop project briefs, cost estimates, and schedules during the initial stages of project development, ensuring alignment with stakeholders on key dates and budgets.
2. Maintain precise project costs and timelines using Kering’s Power B.I. dashboards for real-time stakeholder communication.
3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, general contractors, and suppliers to achieve key project milestones.
4. Lead weekly meetings with project teams to discuss progress, align objectives, and address any design or construction issues.
5. Review technical and design drawings to ensure they meet project objectives.
6. Identify and manage risks related to schedule and budget, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
7. Conduct site visits to verify compliance with design standards and project plans.
8. Collaborate with Kering’s Procurement team to manage tenders for necessary project vendors, ensuring quality and compliance.
9. Promote sustainable construction practices and ensure eligible projects achieve LEED certification.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Store Planning, Architecture, or Construction, with a preference for luxury retail projects.
2. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
3. Sustainability accreditations such as LEED A.P. or WELL A.P. preferred.

1. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
2. Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in CAD drawing (AutoCAD and 3D tools), Adobe Graphics Programs (Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office tools (Project, Excel, PowerPoint).

A minimum of 5 years in retail store planning, architecture, or construction, with exposure to luxury retail projects preferred.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
