Kering Community Engagement Officer

- Develop and implement people-driven communication campaigns in collaboration with project teams and various Houses within the Kering Group.
- Coordinate internal events, group partnerships, and employee feedback surveys.
- Lead inclusion and diversity awareness campaigns, such as International Women’s Day and Disability Day.
- Create and coordinate engaging content with freelancers and creative agencies for design, photography, video, print, and editorial.
- Maximize engagement on the internal social media platform, Viva Engage by Microsoft, and monitor campaign performance.
- Organize and manage logistics for internal and external events, including executive seminars and employee events.
- Develop communication materials such as invitations, posters, and emails.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and conduct research for benchmarking initiatives.
- Assist in project and budget management for the Community Engagement team.
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Communications or Business.
- Initial experience in communications.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle last-minute changes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and independent work capability.
- Detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy.
Initial experience in communications is required.
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Communications or Business.
