- Strengthen relationships with clients and stores.
- Deliver an enriching client experience across all channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop a strong understanding of clients and their needs to build long-lasting relationships of trust.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional and personalized client experience through various communication methods.
- Adhere to and master the brands' e-commerce and retail excellence standards and policies.
- Maintain the brands' tone of voice in all client communications.
- Master the brands' products and DNA to ensure a unique and customized client experience.
- Follow up and liaise with other departments to meet client requests.
- Gather client feedback and requests to support continuous improvement of the client experience and enrich the group's strategy.
- Understand and work towards individual and team KPIs.
- Sensitivity to the luxury world and enthusiasm for the brands and products.
- Excellent spoken and written skills in Japanese, with business-level proficiency in English.
- Good general knowledge and resistance to stress.
- Ability to multitask and possess a commercial mindset.
- Team spirit, dynamism, flexibility, autonomy, and a positive, professional attitude.
- Excellent elocution and communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving orientation.
- Patience, diplomacy, and listening skills.
- Persuasiveness, with the ability to soothe unhappy customers and persuade them to retain services or make further purchases.
- Openness to the digital world.
Previous experience in a customer service or client advisory role within the luxury sector is preferred.
