1. Review chargebacks for assigned accounts, primarily Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom.
2. Research chargebacks and access vendor portals for supporting documents.
3. Dispute invalid claims and issue credits for valid Coop.
4. Collaborate with external and internal customers for resolution.
5. Contact Brand Management to determine validity of allowances.
6. Prepare GL entries for resolved items.
7. Consolidate and record outstanding issues for Neiman Marcus Quarterly Settlement.
8. Submit packages and backup at NMG’s vendor portal.
9. Negotiate settlement terms with the AP Team.
10. Maintain Vendor Compliance spreadsheet and send updates monthly.
11. Assist in collection activities and contact customers regarding past due invoices.
12. Provide Excel statements, invoices, and PODs when requested.
13. Assist in audits and special projects assigned by management.

1. 3-5 years general experience in a retail environment.

1. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Strong communication and follow-up skills.
3. Detail-oriented and eager to address discrepancies.
4. Ability to meet hard deadlines and multitask.
5. Effective organizer.
6. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
7. SAP experience is a plus.

3-5 years of general experience in a retail environment.

The role is based in Wayne, NJ, within a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work with all levels of management and understand a multi-brand environment.
