Responsibilities
- Review chargebacks for assigned accounts, primarily Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom.
- Research chargebacks and access vendor portals for supporting documents.
- Dispute invalid claims and issue credits for valid Coop.
- Collaborate with external and internal customers for resolution.
- Contact Brand Management to determine validity of allowances.
- Prepare GL entries for resolved items.
- Consolidate and record outstanding issues for Neiman Marcus Quarterly Settlement.
- Submit packages and backup at NMG’s vendor portal.
- Negotiate settlement terms with the AP Team.
- Maintain Vendor Compliance spreadsheet and send updates monthly.
- Assist in collection activities and contact customers regarding past due invoices.
- Provide Excel statements, invoices, and PODs when requested.
- Assist in audits and special projects assigned by management.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years general experience in a retail environment.
Skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented and eager to address discrepancies.
- Ability to meet hard deadlines and multitask.
- Effective organizer.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- SAP experience is a plus.
Experience Requirements
3-5 years of general experience in a retail environment.
