Kering Assistant Manager, HR Operations & Systems

- Oversee and manage HR operations, including payroll and time/attendance systems, and lead digitalization projects such as Workday-payroll integration and RPA initiatives.
- Plan and execute projects by understanding user needs, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy through end-to-end testing.
- Act as a liaison with external vendors, users, stakeholders, and IT teams to resolve system issues and provide solutions.
- Conduct regular audits and control exercises to ensure data integrity and optimize work efficiency.
- Design and implement user-friendly processes and documentation in compliance with local data protection laws.
- Coach HR operations and payroll teams to enhance their understanding of systems and processes.
- Support HR analytics for the region and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Degree in Information Systems/Management, Organizational Behavior/HR, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in HRIS, payroll, and project management, preferably with knowledge of Workday, Prosoft, and iChris.
- Strong logical, technical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently under tight schedules.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HRIS, payroll, and project management.
Degree in Information Systems/Management, Organizational Behavior/HR, or equivalent.
