1. Perform routine and transactional processing within the Accounts Payable function to ensure quality and accuracy.
2. Conduct pre and post-payment controls for batch payments.
3. Execute emergency payments in accordance with Project Alfred exceptions and payment controls.
4. Perform manual payments via the bank portal.
5. Update payment logs as payments are executed.
6. Provide backup support to peers as needed.
7. Execute and release batch and emergency payments according to schedules and bank cut-offs.
8. Address invoice processing inquiries within two days.
9. Assist with new process implementations and maintenance of Treasury and Accounts Payable policies.
10. Monitor performance measures and key performance indicators.
11. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency.
12. Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting principles.
13. Test new processes and systems for improved payment processing.
14. Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
15. Train new team members and enhance team interaction.

1. Degree in Accounting or professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
2. 1-2 years of relevant job experience.
3. Good understanding and knowledge of SAP.
4. Industry or shared services experience is advantageous.
5. Knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts and procedures.

1. Advanced knowledge of office productivity tools (MS Office).
2. Proficiency in SAP FI/CO module is an added advantage.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive situations.
5. Quantitative and analytical skills.
6. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal departments.

1-2 years of prior related job experience is required.

Degree in Accounting or professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
