1. Perform routine and transactional processing within the Accounts Payable function to ensure quality and accuracy.
2. Conduct pre and post-payment control checks for batch and emergency payments.
3. Execute manual payments via bank portal and update payment logs.
4. Support peers and perform ad hoc tasks as required.
5. Ensure service levels are met by executing and releasing payments according to schedule.
6. Address inquiries from the Invoice Processing Team, brands, and vendors within two days.
7. Assist with new process implementations and maintenance of treasury and accounts payable policies.
8. Monitor performance measures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting principles.
10. Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
11. Foster a positive work environment and train new team members.

1. Degree in Accounting or professional certification in ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
2. 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
3. Proficiency in SAP is essential.
4. Industry or shared services experience is advantageous.
5. Strong understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and procedures.

1. Advanced knowledge of office productivity tools (MS Office).
2. Ability to use SAP FI/CO module is an added advantage.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive issues.
5. Quantitative and analytical skills.
6. Ability to build strong customer relationships.

1-2 years of prior related job experience in accounting or a similar field.

Degree in Accounting or professional certification in ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
