Kering Assistant Accountant – P2P

- Perform routine and transactional processing within the Accounts Payable function to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Conduct pre and post-payment control checks for batch and emergency payments.
- Execute manual payments via bank portal and update payment logs.
- Support peers and perform ad hoc tasks as required.
- Ensure service levels are met by executing and releasing payments according to schedule.
- Address inquiries from the Invoice Processing Team, brands, and vendors within two days.
- Assist with new process implementations and maintenance of treasury and accounts payable policies.
- Monitor performance measures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting principles.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
- Foster a positive work environment and train new team members.
- Degree in Accounting or professional certification in ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
- Proficiency in SAP is essential.
- Industry or shared services experience is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of office productivity tools (MS Office).
- Ability to use SAP FI/CO module is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive issues.
- Quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
1-2 years of prior related job experience in accounting or a similar field.
Degree in Accounting or professional certification in ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
