Kering Accounts Payable Apprentice

- Process supplier invoices by receiving, verifying, and recording them in SAP via Esker.
- Ensure invoice compliance with purchase orders and receipts through a 3-way match.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and manage follow-ups on discrepancies.
- Participate in monthly and annual closing operations.
- Prepare and analyze provisions related to supplier accounts.
- Contribute to the justification of supplier accounts and monitor discrepancies.
- Manage supplier payments and FEBAN processing, ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Verify and control payments prior to validation.
- Process and analyze bank statements via FEBAN in SAP.
- Oversee expense report verification and reimbursement management via Concur.
- Currently enrolled in a BTS Comptabilité et Gestion (CG) or DCG program.
- At least one year of experience in accounts payable, either in a firm or corporate setting.
- Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Experience with SAP, Concur, and Esker is advantageous.
- Fluent in English for an international work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Minimum of one year in accounts payable, preferably within a corporate or firm setting.
Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, such as BTS Comptabilité et Gestion (CG) or DCG.
