1. Process supplier invoices by receiving, verifying, and recording them in SAP via Esker.
2. Ensure invoice compliance with purchase orders and receipts through a 3-way match.
3. Reconcile supplier accounts and manage follow-ups on discrepancies.
4. Participate in monthly and annual closing operations.
5. Prepare and analyze provisions related to supplier accounts.
6. Contribute to the justification of supplier accounts and monitor discrepancies.
7. Manage supplier payments and FEBAN processing, ensuring adherence to schedules.
8. Verify and control payments prior to validation.
9. Process and analyze bank statements via FEBAN in SAP.
10. Oversee expense report verification and reimbursement management via Concur.

1. Currently enrolled in a BTS Comptabilité et Gestion (CG) or DCG program.
2. At least one year of experience in accounts payable, either in a firm or corporate setting.
3. Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
4. Experience with SAP, Concur, and Esker is advantageous.
5. Fluent in English for an international work environment.

Minimum of one year in accounts payable, preferably within a corporate or firm setting.

Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, such as BTS Comptabilité et Gestion (CG) or DCG.
