1. Process self invoices, invoices, and proforma documents
2. Administer financial data in SAP and BI tools such as Insight
3. Reconcile and clear transitory accounts
4. Support the processing of automated and manual payments
5. Track order cycles, invoice approvals, and payment approvals
6. Record and issue invoices, including imputation and cost evaluation
7. Assist in inter-company reconciliations
8. Collaborate with the controlling department to support monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities

1. Successful studies in Finance, Management, Business, or a related field

1. Proficiency in General Accounting (local standards)
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Advanced knowledge of Office 365, particularly Excel
4. Fluency in Italian and English

No specific experience required, but a background in finance or related fields is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Business, or a related discipline.
