Kering Accountant O2C

- Reconcile audited transactions with credit card acquirer transactions using BlackLine and SAP.
- Ensure accuracy in daily credit card fees, chargebacks, and write-offs.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between audited transactions and credit card acquirer records.
- Address BlackLine Exceptions and open tickets to rectify mapping issues.
- Conduct daily checks of POS data against credit card acquirer records and report discrepancies.
- Produce reconciliations for various General Ledger accounts to ensure correct clearing of Debits and Credits.
- Perform monthly reconciliations for review with Senior O2C Accountant and BlackLine Manager.
- Generate month-end reconciliations for GL Accounts to determine accruals for outstanding credit card fees, chargebacks, and write-offs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced analytical capabilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Understanding of basic General Ledger and accounting processes.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced analytical skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Knowledge of SAP, BlackLine, and reconciliation systems.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and task prioritization.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or a related field is required. Experience in cashiering, banking, or accounting is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $68,000 per year.
