- Receive, analyze, and qualify incidents and service requests from IT correspondents or users.
- Implement corrections using company tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and service quality.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of IT assets.
- Support projects and production deployments in headquarters and retail environments.
- Draft and maintain support documentation and procedures.
- Ensure the knowledge base is updated for the team.
- Minimum educational level of Bac+2, preferably from an engineering school.
- Training in information systems technologies.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Office Suite).
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
- Understanding of project management and ITIL.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptability and a strong service-oriented mindset.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Minimum Bac+2 in a relevant field.
